1.GENERAL INFORMATION
From May 25, 2018, a new regulation for the protection of personal data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), came into effect in the European Union. The regulation aims to ensure the protection of data belonging to individuals from all EU member states and to harmonize the regulations governing their processing.
As the data controller, Rubinа Travel Ltd complies with all the requirements of the new regulation. We collect only the data of individuals that are necessary for providing our services and handle them responsibly and in accordance with the law.

4. DEFINITION OF PERSONAL DATA
According to the new regulation, "personal data" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"). An identifiable person is someone who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

6. BASIS FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The DATA CONTROLLER collects and processes your personal data in connection with the company's activities - import, sale, installation, post-sales service, and warranty for shelving elements, as well as all other products and services related to warehouse equipment. The bases for these activities are:
Explicit consent from you as a client /through the company's online platform or personally signed consent/
Performance of obligations by the DATA CONTROLLER under a contract with you;
Compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the DATA CONTROLLER
